Portrait Session 1

This is the start of a project for myself: to put together a portfolio of portraits.

My friend Zach kindly volunteered and these are the results.

In colour...

..and black and white.

After a few serious shots, I slapped a grid spot on the flash and did a few low-key portraits. Zach who is also a photographer gets the credit for the first two photos.

I said I was going to post these shots and this was his reaction:

The low-key lighting was a lot of fun, and I will definitely be using it again, soon.
